%X 在职培训是提高部队基层医务人员业务素质的基本途径，是保障基层医疗质量的重要环节，与学历教育 有本质区别。本文对以往在职培训中存在的问题进行分析，探索并试行新的教学模式，以满足在职培训的需求。<br>On-the-job training, essentially different from the academic education, is important for the grass-roots medical staff to improve their professionalism and to ensure medical service quality.
