%X 国家标准《头针》（GB/T 21709.2—2008）及第6版以来的《针灸学》统编教材均采用世界卫生组织（WHO）标准头针定位，但是其中“顶旁1线”和“顶旁2线”的主治病证均未标注“对侧”。通过查询考证相关资料，参考焦氏头针定位与主治，笔者认为“顶旁1线”和“顶旁2线”应当分别主治“对侧”腰腿和上肢的瘫痪、麻木、疼痛等病证。<br>National standard of Scalp Acupuncture (GB/T 21709.2—2008) and Acupuncture textbook (since the6th edition) adopt standard scalp acupuncture of the World Health Organization (WHO), but they do not mention the“contralateral limb” in the indications of “lateral line 1” and “lateral line 2” of vertex. By searching and studying therelated documents and Jiao’s scalp acupuncture system, the author believes that “lateral line 1 of vertex” and “lateral line 2of vertex” should be in charge of the symptoms of paralysis, numbness and pain on the CONTRALATERAL lumbus-lowerlimb and upper limb, respectively
