%X 边海防部队的驻地包括高原寒区、热带丛林、沙漠戈壁和海岛岛礁等，其气候变化和自然环境对长 期驻守一线的基层官兵的身体状况造成了一定的影响。膝关节疼痛为基层部队官兵最常见的训练伤表现之一，相 较于内陆部队而言，其患病诱因可能具有地域性和特殊性。所以，边海防军医作为基层部队的全科医生在膝关节 疼痛的诊断和治疗中要特别注意，防止误诊和漏诊。<br>Border and coastal defense forces’ stations are located usually in the plateau cold areas, the tropical jungles, the desert and Gobi areas and the sea island reefs, etc, where climate change and natural environment have a certain impact on the physical condition of the grassroots officers and soldiers who stay at the first line for a long time. Knee pain is one of the most common training injuries for grassroots forces, and the predisposing factors in the border and coastal defense forces may have the territoriality and particularity compared with the inland forces. Therefore, as the general practitioners serving the grassroots forces, the military surgeon of border and coastal defense forces must pay special attention to the knee pain diagnosis and treatment to prevent misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis
