%X 语言问题是制约我国英文期刊质量进一步提升的一大因素。其中，易混淆术语的误用和混用往往被作者和审稿编辑所忽视。术语是科技语篇中最大的信息载体，而科技术语的正确使用是衡量科技期刊质量的重要指标。文章辨析了医药类英文文稿中常见的3组易混淆术语，并对错误例句进行分析，以期促进作者和编辑对易混淆术语的区分使用和严格把关。<br>Language error is one of the major obstacles to the quality enhancement of English sci-tech journalspublished in China. Incorrect and mixed use of confusable terms has long been neglected by authors and editors. Sinceterm is the biggest carrier of information in sci-tech discourses, correct use of sci-tech terms is an important indicator of thequality of sci-tech journals. This paper differentiates and analyzes three groups of confusable terms in the fields of medicineand pharmacy, which aims to draw attention from both authors and editors to the discriminating and correct use of terms
