%X 编写高等院校教材时,内容要严格基于三基(基本理论、基本知识和基本技能),处处彰显五性(思 想性、科学性、先进性、启发性和适用性)。概念的科学性作为最基本的理论是最重要的。然而,国内的生物化 学及相关教材包括统编规划和国外的一些优秀教材,普遍存在某些基本概念在内涵上有失统一或精准的问题而有 待商榷。现就全酶的非蛋白质部分的分类概念、20种编码氨基酸的分类、蛋白质一级结构的主要作用力、多聚核 苷酸链中核苷酸的连接方式等基本概念进行探讨。
The content of college textbooks should be strictly based on three points (basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills), and fully display five properties (ideological, scientific, advanced, enlightening and applicable). As a basic theory, the scientificity of terms is the most important. However, in many domestic biochemistry and related textbooks, and some excellent textbooks from abroad, some basic concepts are extensively not of unity or precision. In this paper, we discussed the concept and classification of non-protein in holoenzyme, the classification of 20 kinds of encoding amino acids, the main force of the primary structure of protein, and the linkage of nucleotides in polynucleotide chain
