%X 数个大型临床研究揭示他汀可降低慢性肾脏病（CKD）患者的全因死亡率和心血管事件；也有研究表 明他汀可降低造影剂肾病的发生和肾功能的丧失。尽管如此，他汀在CKD患者中尤其是肾脏替代治疗患者中的有 效性和安全性仍存在很大争议，其原因是多方面的。本文讨论他汀治疗CKD合并心血管疾病中的争议。<br>Several large clinical trials revealed that statins might reduce all-cause mortality and cardiovascular events in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Some preliminary studies also suggested that they could reduce the incidence of contrast-induced nephropathy and the rate of kidney function loss. However, the results concerning the efficacy and safety of statins therapy in patients with CKD, especially in those undergoing renal replacement therapy, are still controversial. The reasons are complicated. This paper tries to discuss the controversies about statins for CKD complicated with cardiovascular disease
