%X 整体整合医学（简称整合医学）正式提出已经7年了。整合医学在理论研究和实践探索上都取得了显 著的进步。本文从空间健康学、人间健康学和时间健康学三个方面阐述了整合医学的核心理念——整体观，并分 析了医学形势发生的十大转变及其所导致的十大矛盾，还从十个方面着手介绍了整合医学整合的对象及方法，以 期实现整合医学的发展目标。<br>Holistic integrative medicine (HIM) has been formally proposed for seven years. HIM has made significant progress in theoretical research and practical exploration. This article demonstrated the core concept of HIM—the holistic view—from three aspects of space healthology, human healthology and time healthology, and analyzed the ten major changes in medical situation and the ten contradictions caused by them, and also described how to carry out integration in order to achieve the development goals of HIM
