%X 根据人体对汞的吸收和汞在人体的半衰期，对《中国药典》中含有朱砂的用于心脑血管疾病治疗的10种药物中汞在人体内的蓄积情况进行了统计、计算、分析。由于这些药物治疗周期长，加之缺乏科学的用药治疗疗程和使用方法，其中9种在体内可能蓄积中毒，临床使用的风险大于疗效，有很大的安全隐患，因此在临床使用中应给予高度关注，尽量避免使用或慎用。<br>According to the body’s adsorption of mercury and half-life of mercury in human body, we made statisticanalyses about the accumulation of mercury in human body after the administration of the drugs containing cinnabar forcardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. We chose ten kinds of drugs from Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Because of thelonger treatment period and the lack of scientific usage instruction, nine of the drugs might cause the accumulation of toxinin human body. The risk in treatment is higher than clinical efficacy. There are great safety issues when those drugs areused clinically, so more attention should be paid to their clinical application. We suggest avoiding using the drugs or usingthem with caution
