%X 当今科学技术迅猛发展，医疗设备层出不穷，不断更新，无疑对医学的发展产生巨大的推动作用。随 着信息科学普及、互联网时代的到来和生活工作节奏加快，越来越多的临床医务人员远离临床而偏重于影像学、 检验结果，甚至推崇采用互联网对患者作出诊断与治疗。如此趋势，易对患者产生误诊，影响疗效，甚至导致医 疗纠纷的发生。现就“临床”之涵义，结合神经外科学谈谈笔者之拙见。<br>Nowadays, the science and technology are rapidly developing and medical equipments are constantly emerging or being updated, which undoubtedly have a promoting effect on the development of medicine. With the advent of the era of information and network and the speeding up of life and work, more and more clinical medical staff are far away from the clinic, and only excessively emphasize imaging and laboratory findings, even highly praise the use of the Internet for diagnosis and treatment. This trend is liable to cause misdiagnosis, affect therapeutic efficacy, and even lead to the occurrence of medical disputes. Taking clinical neurosurgery for example, we offer some opinions pertaining to the meaning of “clinic”
