%0 Journal Article %T 不同遗传类群抗五氟磺草胺稗种子萌发对逆境条件的响应 %A 张伟 %A 张琳 %A 李茹 %A 陈国奇 %A 董立尧 %J 南京农业大学学报 %D 2018 %R 10.7685/jnau.201712005 %X [目的]本文旨在明确华东地区隶属苏南、苏北、皖南3个不同遗传类群抗五氟磺草胺稗[Echinochloa crusgalli(L.)P.Beauv]在不同条件下的萌发差异性,确定各遗传类群抗五氟磺草胺稗对不同逆境适应性的差异,为延缓抗性稗的扩散和治理提供理论依据。[方法]采用培养皿法和盆钵法进行种子萌发和出苗试验,测定萌发率并计算发芽势和发芽指数。[结果]当昼/夜温度为10℃/5℃时,敏感种群JLGY-3的萌发率(29.38%)和发芽指数(0.47)显著高于同一遗传背景的抗性种群JHHZ-1,两者的发芽势无显著性差异;当昼/夜温度为40℃/35℃时,两者的各指标均无显著性差异;当NaCl浓度为400 mmol?L-1时,JLGY-3少数萌发,JHHZ-1无萌发,两者差异显著;当水势为-0.6 MPa时,JLGY-3的各指标均显著高于JHHZ-1;在各pH值下或埋土深度为8 cm时,两种群的各指标均无显著性差异。不同遗传背景的抗性种群在昼/夜温度为40℃/35℃时,AXXZ-8的各指标均最低,JHHZ-1的发芽指数(11.58)最高,JHHZ-1与SSXB-1萌发率和发芽势无显著差异,并显著高于AXXZ-8,昼/夜温度为10℃/5℃下的JHHZ-1发芽指数(0.39)显著高于SSXB-1和AXXZ-8,3种群的萌发率和发芽势无显著差异;350 mmol?L-1的NaCl溶液中3种群的各指标均差异显著,并表现为JHHZ-1、SSXB-1、AXXZ-8依次降低;-0.6 MPa水势下AXXZ-8的各指标均最低,JHHZ-1发芽势(17.50)最高,JHHZ-1与SSXB-1的萌发率和发芽指数无显著差异,并显著高于AXXZ-8;当pH值为3或12时,AXXZ-8的发芽指数均最低,JHHZ-1最高,3种群的萌发率和发芽势均表现为JHHZ-1与SSXB-1无显著差异,并显著高于AXXZ-8;埋土深度8 cm的AXXZ-8各指标均最低,JHHZ-1的各指标与SSXB-1无显著差异,并显著高于AXXZ-8。[结论]在种子萌发阶段,抗性稗种群对环境的适应性跟抗性水平呈负相关性,表现出一定程度上的适合度代价。</br>[Objectives] The objective of this study is to determine the germination differences of barnyardgrass [Echinochloa crusgalli (L.)P. Beauv]from southern Jiangsu, northern Jiangsu and southern Anhui which blong to three different genetic groups. To determine the difference of diffusion ability of penoxsulam-resistant from different genetic groups, this test provides a theoretical basis for delaying the spread and resistance control. [Methods] Petri dish method and pot method were carried out to test the seed germination. And the germination rate, germination energy and germination index were acquired. [Results] The germination rate (29.38%)and the germination index (0.47)of JLGY-3 were significantly higher than those of the resistant population JHHZ-1 from the same genetic background when diurnal temperature was 10℃/5℃, and there was no significant difference in germination potential between two populations. When diurnal temperature was 40℃/35℃, there were no significant differences in three indicators between two groups. JLGY-3 germinated few and JHHZ-1 did not germinate when NaCl concentration was 400 mmol?L-1, and there was significant difference between two populations. The three indicators of JLGY-3 were all significantly higher than those of JHHZ-1 at the water potential of -0.6 MPa. These indicators of two populations showed no significant difference at each pH value or depth of buried soil of 8 cm. The three indicators of AXXZ-8 were the lowest, while the germination index of JHHZ-1 (11.58)was the highest when diurnal temperature was 40℃/35℃.
