%0 Journal Article %T 菘蓝根和叶的生物量与活性成分对氮素形态的响应 %A 唐晓清 %A 肖云华 %A 赵雪玲 %A 杨月 %A 王康才 %J 南京农业大学学报 %D 2016 %R 10.7685/jnau.201502016 %X [目的]研究氮素形态对菘蓝生长与活性成分的影响,为菘蓝栽培生产中高效利用氮素提供理论依据。[方法]采用砂培法栽培菘蓝,以菘蓝根与叶的生物量、叶片靛蓝、靛玉红、总生物碱含量及根系(R,S)-告依春、多糖含量为指标,研究菘蓝营养生长后期对3种氮素形态即硝态氮(NO3--N)、铵态氮(NH4+-N)和酰胺态氮(CO(NH2)2-N)的5种不同氮素浓度的响应。[结果]氮素处理增加了菘蓝叶与根的鲜质量,菘蓝的叶鲜质量、根鲜质量与根冠比对硝态氮的响应最为显著;叶片靛蓝、靛玉红、总生物碱含量与根系多糖含量对铵态氮响应最显著,而根系(R,S)-告依春含量则对硝态氮响应最显著,说明叶片与根系的活性成分对不同形态氮素响应存在差异。以2.5 mmol?L-1 NH4+-N、5.0 mmol?L-1 NO3--N和10.0 mmol?L-1 CO(NH2)2-N为最佳组合,该组合下菘蓝单株叶鲜质量、根鲜质量、总生物碱与靛玉红含量均为最大,分别为66.59 g、40.91 g、34.48 mg?g-1和2.26 mg?g-1。[结论]3种氮素配合施用能显著地影响菘蓝的生长与活性成分的积累。</br>[Objectives]The effects of nitrogen forms on growth and active components in roots and leaves of Isatis indigotica Fort. were studied to provide a theoretical basis of efficient utilization of nitrogen for the cultivation production. [Methods]The response to the five different concentration of three nitrogen forms namely NH4+-N,NO3--N and CO(NH2)2-N,were studied,as the indicators to the biomass of roots and leaves,the contents of indigo,indirubin,total alkaloids in leaves,contents of epigoitrin and polysaccharides in roots of I.indigotica. [Results]Nitrogen treatment could increase the fresh weights of leaves and roots,the responses to nitrate nitrogen of fresh weights of leaves and roots and root/shoot ratio were the most significant. The contents of indigo,indirubin and total alkaloids in leaves and polysaccharides in roots of response to ammonium nitrogen,contents of epigoitrin of response to nitrate nitrogen,were the most significant,which indicated the responses to nitrogen forms of active components in leaves and roots were inconsistent. The combination of 2.5 mmol?L-1 NH4+-N,5.0 mmol?L-1 NO3--N and 10.0 mmol?L-1 CO(NH2)2-N was the best combination,in which the fresh weight of leaf and root,total alkaloides content,epigoitrin content were 66.59 g,40.91 g,34.48 mg?g-1 and 2.26 mg?g-1,respectively.
