%0 Journal Article %T 转hLF基因山羊血液生理生化指标检测分析 %A 乔娜 %A 干驰 %A 朱佳琪 %A 徐旭俊 %A 陈建泉 %A 成国祥 %J 南京农业大学学报 %D 2016 %R 10.7685/jnau.201411017 %X [目的] 本试验旨在研究人乳铁蛋白(human lactoferrin,hLF)基因的整合对转基因山羊代谢和血液学指标的影响。[方法] 选择出生日期相近,饲养条件相同,健康、无病的转hLF基因山羊(试验组)30只,非转基因山羊(对照组)20只,公、母各半,分别在不同时期检测血液常规指标白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞压积(HCT)等,血液生化指标直接胆红素(DBIL)、肌酐(CREA)、甘油三酯(TG)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、葡萄糖(GLU)、尿素等,并对指标进行品种(转hLF基因羊和非转基因羊)和性别间的比较分析。[结果] 各时期转hLF基因羊与正常非转基因羊的白细胞数、红细胞数、血红蛋白含量和红细胞压积差异均不显著(P>0.05),18月龄雄性转hLF基因羊总蛋白水平显著高于非转基因羊(P<0.05)。各时期性别间的比较结果显示:直接胆红素、甘油三酯、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶和尿素等指标在不同性别之间存在显著差异(P<0.05),其他各项生化指标在各时期的转基因羊和非转基因羊之间、性别之间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。[结论] hLF基因对山羊的代谢和血液学指标无显著影响。</br>[Objectives] The study was conducted on the effects of gene integration of hLF on the biochemical and hematological indices in blood of transgenic goat.[Methods] 30hLF transgenic goats(test group)and 20 normal goats(control group)born in the similar time and under the same feeding conditions. The blood routine examination was performed, including white blood cells(WBC), red blood cells(RBC), hemoglobin(HGB), hematocrit(HCT)and blood biochemical parameters including direct bilirubin(DBIL), creatinine(CREA), triglyceride(TG), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), total protein(TP), albumin(ALB), glucose(GLU)and urea. The differential indices were analyzed in hLF positive and negative goats, also the goats of different sex.[Results] The results showed that no significant difference was found between the transgenic and normal goats in blood WBC, RBC, HGB and HCT(P>0.05). The level of TP showed significant difference between transgenic and normal male goats at 18 months old(P<0.05). The level of DBIL, TG, ALT, AST and urea showed significant differences between male and famale at the same period(P<0.05).
