%0 Journal Article %T 梨萌芽期僵芽和正常芽的生理差异分析 %A 刘雅 %A 张虎平 %A 张绍铃 %A 陶书田 %J 南京农业大学学报 %D 2016 %R 10.7685/jnau.201509040 %X [目的] 研究梨萌芽期僵芽和正常芽生理指标的动态规律,比较二者差异,并为提出预防僵芽发生的技术措施提供理论依据。[方法] 以‘新高’梨为试验材料,于花芽萌发前后采集僵芽和正常芽样品,分别对其内源激素、矿质元素、酶活性和游离脯氨酸等进行测定。[结果] 在萌芽期,‘新高’梨正常芽中含有较高水平的生长素(IAA)、赤霉素(GA3)和玉米素(ZT),而脱落酸(ABA)含量相对较低;正常芽的B元素含量显著高于僵芽,而Ca元素含量则相反;正常芽的过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及游离脯氨酸含量都显著高于僵芽。[结论] 梨树花芽的萌发受各类激素、矿物元素、游离脯氨酸以及相关氧化酶的协同调控,较高水平的IAA、GA3、ZT、B元素、游离脯氨酸含量及抗氧化酶活性是激发花芽萌发的必要因素,生产中可以根据相关研究结果研发出促进花芽萌发,甚至是挽救僵芽发生的技术措施或产品。</br>[Objectives] In this study, the dynamic physiological indexes of wizened bud and normal bud collected at germination were investigated, which would lay a foundation for preventing wizened bud.[Methods] We collected wizened buds and normal buds during the period of flower bud germination from pear cultivar ‘Niitaka’(Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai). Then we measured endogenous hormones, mineral elements, enzymatic activity and free proline of them.[Results] Normal flower bud of ‘Niitaka’ contained higher levels of IAA, GA3 and ZT content during germination, but the content of ABA was relatively low. B element content was significantly higher in normal buds than that in wizened buds, and Ca element content showed the opposite. In addition, the higher activity of POD, SOD and the free proline content in normal buds were significantly higher than that in wizened buds.[Conclusions] Pear flower bud germination is regulated by various hormones, mineral elements, free proline and related enzymes. Higher levels of IAA, GA3, ZT, B element, free proline content and the activity of antioxidant enzymes are necessary factors to stimulate the germination of flower buds.
