%0 Journal Article %T 初花后短日照处理对小豆产量和籽粒品质的影响 %A 董伟欣 %A 尹宝重 %A 任帅 %A 张月辰 %J 南京农业大学学报 %D 2017 %R 10.7685/jnau.201609015 %X [目的]本文旨在探究初花后不同时期短日照对小豆产量和籽粒品质的影响,为小豆高产优质栽培提供理论依据。[方法]采用中熟品种‘冀红9218’和晚熟品种‘唐山红小豆’为试验材料,在初花-初荚(简称:EF-EP)、初荚-初粒(简称:EP-ES)和初花-初粒(EF-ES)3个时期进行短日照(10 h和12 h)处理,研究其对小豆产量和籽粒品质的影响。[结果]初花后短日照处理使小豆的花期提前,同时开花时间也增加,与对照相比,‘冀红9218’在10 h和12 h光照下开花分别提前6、3、7 d和7、6、9 d,‘唐山红小豆’开花分别提前为7、5、9 d和9、7、11 d,开花累进促进率也显著增大,‘唐山红小豆’和‘冀红9218’的最大开花累进促进率分别为19%和16%;产量构成因素和小区产量呈现降低趋势,短日照处理10 h较12 h降低较多,且EF-ES处理降幅最大,EP-ES处理降幅较小;全氮和蛋白质含量增加且在短日照处理10 h时增加幅度较大,可溶性糖含量在2种短日照处理条件下较对照都增加,而淀粉含量却呈现降低趋势;‘冀红9218’的各种氨基酸含量只有在EF-EP(10 h)处理中稍有增加,总氨基酸含量也增加,而‘唐山红小豆’的一些氨基酸含量在3种处理下较对照有所增加,其中EF-EP处理的增加幅度最大。[结论]初花后短日照处理加速小豆的生育进程,导致产量呈现降低趋势,但对籽粒品质指标具有正调控作用,且EF-EP处理的调控作用最大。</br>[Objectives]The purpose of this paper is to explore the effects of different stages short-day photoperiod treatment after early flowering on yield and grain quality in adzuki bean,to provide the theoretical basis for high yield and good quality of adzuki bean. [Methods]Using medium maturing variety ‘Jihong 9218’ and late maturing variety ‘Tangshan Hongxiaodou’ as experiment materials,and through setting short-day photoperiod treatment at the three periods of early flowering-early podding (EF-EP),early podding-early seed (EP-ES)and early flowering-early seed (EF-ES),this research aims to study the effects short-day photoperiod after early flowering on yield and grain quality of adzuki bean. [Results]Flowering time became earlier under short-day photoperiod treatment after early flowering,at the same time,early flowering days increased and ‘Jihong 9218’ increased by 6,3,7 days and 7,6,9 days compared to the control under 10 h and 12 h short-day photoperiod treatment,however, ‘Tangshan Hongxiaodou’ increased by 7,5,9 days and 9,7,11 days respectively,flower promoting ratio also increased significantly and the maximum flowering promoting ratio of two adzuki bean varieties were 19% and 16% respectively. The yield components and yield per plot of two adzuki bean varieties showed a decreasing trend. Moreover,10 h decreased more compared with 12 h while it decreased more under EF-ES treatment and decreased less under EP-ES treatment. The total nitrogen and protein content of two varieties increased and increased greatly under 10 h short-day photoperiod treatment,soluble sugar showed an increasing trend and starch decreased compared with CK under two short-day photoperiod inducement condition;various amino acid of ‘Jihong 9218’ increased slightly under EF-EP (10 h)and the total amino acid content also increased,some amino acids content of ‘Tangshan Hongxiaodou’ increased compared with CK and increased more under EF-EP treatment. %K 小豆 %K 初花 %K 短日照 %K 产量 %K 籽粒品质< %K /br> %K adzuki bean %K early flowering %K short-day photoperiod %K yield %K grain quality %U http://nauxb.njau.edu.cn/oa/darticle.aspx?type=view&id=201703003
