%0 Journal Article %T 酸洗除灰分对活性炭性质的影响 %A 王宜望 %A 左宋林 %A 张文彬 %J 林业工程学报 %D 2016 %R 10.13360/j.issn.2096-1359.2016.02.012 %X 采用循环酸洗方式对3种常见的商业椰壳、煤质和木质活性炭进行除灰,测试活性炭的灰分、pH和电导率,分别采用氮气吸附分析仪、激光粒度分析仪和Boehm滴定法分析活性炭的孔隙结构、粒度分布和酸碱性成分含量,阐明酸洗除灰对活性炭性质的影响。结果表明:酸洗除灰对粒径较大的活性炭颗粒具有轻微破碎作用,提高了活性炭的比表面积与比孔容积; 灰分中的金属氧化物和无机盐显著影响活性炭的酸性和碱性成分含量以及表面酸碱性官能团的Boehm分析结果准确性。</br>Three typical and commercially available coconut shell, coal and wood-based activated carbon were chosen to conduct the ash removal experiments by circulation pickling in this paper. The pH and conductivity value in aqueous solution and ash content of the activated carbon were measured to evaluate the effects of ash removal by pickling on the physicochemical properties of activated carbons. The pore structure, particle size distribution and acid-base property of the activated carbons were analyzed by means of nitrogen adsorption instrument, laser particle size analyzer and Boehm titration, respectively. The comprehensive analysis was carried out to elucidate the effects of ash removal by pickling on the physicochemical properties of the activated carbons. The results showed that ash removal by pickling induced a slightly breaking to the activated carbon particles with a larger size, and resulted in an increase in the specific surface area and specific pore volume of activated carbon; the composition of metal oxides and inorganic salts contained in ash of activated carbons exerted a significant influence not only on the components of acid-base in activated carbon but also on the accuracy of Boehm titration analysis results on the acidic and basic functional groups in activated carbons %K 活性炭 %K 酸洗 %K 除灰 %K 表面化学性质 %K 孔隙结构< %K /br> %K activated carbon %K pickling %K ash removal %K surface chemical properties %K pore structure %U http://lkkf.njfu.edu.cn//oa/darticle.aspx?type=view&id=201602012
