%0 Journal Article %T 活性艳蓝X-BR上染白枫单板的性能研究 %A 胡极航 %A 范文苗 %A 郭洪武 %A 李黎 %J 林业工程学报 %D 2016 %R 10.13360/j.issn.2096-1359.2016.02.005 %X 研究了活性艳蓝X-BR上染白枫单板的影响因素和最佳染色工艺,采用7因素4水平正交染色试验,考察了染色温度、染液质量分数、促染剂用量、染色时间、固色剂用量、固色时间、体积比7个因素对上染率和表面色差的影响。采用直观分析和方差分析得出了影响上染率和表面色差的主要因素,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察染料分子在木材内的分布情况,以及X射线能谱分析(EDXA)染料分子的特征元素在木材中的含量。研究结果表明:染料质量分数和染色温度对上染率和表面色差影响较大。上染率最佳工艺方案为:温度60~65 ℃,质量分数0.5%,促染剂用量50 g/L,染色时间3.0 h,固色剂用量15 g/L,固色时间75 min,体积比1:15。表面色差最佳工艺方案为:温度50~55 ℃,质量分数3%,促染剂用量40 g/L,染色时间3.0 h,固色剂用量15 g/L,固色时间75 min,体积比1:40。SEM和EDXA结果表明染料分子团聚在木射线周围和分散在导管内,且染料分子的特征元素含量增加。</br>There are many advantages of dichlorotriazine reactive dye, such as strong reactivity, bright hues, and large number of active groups. The rapid forming radicals of dichlorotriazine reactive dye accelerate the nucleophilic reaction. Dyeing with dichlorotriazine reactive dye could save the time and reduce the temperature of dyeing and fixation, resulting in low processing cost and low energy consumption. In short, the processing efficiency is excellent. In order to enrich the color of interior and exterior dyeing, and expand the range of its application on wood, more effectively take advantage of the dichlorotriazine reactive dye was studied. In this work, the optimal dyeing process and its influencing factors of dyeing maple veneer with reactive brilliant blue X-BR was explored by means of orthogonal test. Research by visual and variance analysis, the dye-uptake and color difference in the surface were affected by several main factors, including dyeing temperature and dye concentration, dosage of dyeing agent, dyeing assistant, dyeing time, dosage of dye-fixing agent, fixation time, and volume ratio. The distribution and characteristics elements of the dye molecules in the wood were observed with SEM and analyzed through EDXA respectively. The results showed that the dye concentration and dyeing temperature have great impacts on dye-uptake and color difference in the surface. The optimal process of dye-uptake was:temperature 60-65 ℃, dye mass fraction 0.5%, dyeing agent 50 g/L, dyeing time 3.0 h, fixing agent 15 g/L, fixing time 75 min, ratio 1:15. The optimal process of color difference was:temperature 50-55 ℃, dye mass fraction 3.0%, dyeing agent 40 g/L, dyeing time 3.0 h, fixing agent 15 g/L, fixing time 75 min, ratio 1:40.
