%0 Journal Article %T 加砂泥浆在砂性地层中成膜效率试验 %A 刘成 %A 寇伟 %A 陆杨 %J 林业工程学报 %D 2017 %R 10.13360/j.issn.2096-1359.2017.06.021 %X 在泥浆中添加粗粒材料是解决高透水地层成膜困难的一个重要手段,但粗粒材料在泥浆中容易产生沉降分离,制约了粗粒材料堵塞地层机制的研究。为揭示含粗粒材料的泥浆在砂性地层中的堵塞机制,通过自制试验仪器开展添加轻质砂的泥浆在砂性地层中侵入成膜特征影响的试验研究。结果表明:选取轻质砂作为粗粒材料可以有效解决粗粒材料沉降分离对试验结果的影响; 部分无法成膜的泥浆通过添加粗粒材料,可以实现成膜的目的; 适量添加粗粒材料可以有效缩短成膜时间和降低成膜滤失量,改善成膜效率,但添加量达到一定值,其改善效果降低; 粗粒材料在地层大孔隙中架桥堵塞形成泥膜骨架结构,泥膜质量得到提高; 粒径为0.5 mm的轻质砂在试验砂性地层中成膜效果较好,选取合适粒径的粗粒材料对成膜效果尤为重要; 添加量和粒径范围是两个关键的影响因素,二者范围的确定可为实际工程泥浆的制备提供指导。</br>It is an important method to solve the problem of film forming difficulty in high permeability strata by adding coarse-grained material to slurry.However, the coarse-grained material is easy to settle and separate in the slurry, which restricts the clogging mechanism study of coarse-grained material.The experiment on the influence of the invading and film formation characteristics of slurry adding light-weight sands in sandy strata was carried out by self-made experimental instruments, and the clogging mechanism of slurry containing coarse-grained materials in sandy strata was revealed.The results show that choosing light sands as coarse-grained materials can effectively solve the influence of the settlement and separation of coarse-grained materials on the tested results.The purpose of film forming can be achieved by adding coarse-grained materials into slurry which was unable to form film.With proper addition of coarse-grained materials, the film formation time can be effectively reduced and the filter loss can also be decreased, improving film formation efficiency.However, as the addition amount reaches a certain value, the improvement effect is weakened.The slurry skeleton structure is formed due to the clogging and bridging action of coarse-grained materials in large strata pores, and the quality of slurry film is improved.The light sand with a particle size of 0.5 mm has good film forming effect in the tested sandy strata.So it is especially important to choose the appropriate size of the coarse-grained material for the film forming effect.The additive content and size range are the two key factors, and the range determination of the two factors can guide the slurry preparation for practical engineering %K 泥水盾构 %K 砂性地层 %K 泥膜 %K 堵塞 %K 轻质砂< %K /br> %K slurry shield %K sandy strata %K filter cake %K clogging %K light sands %U http://lkkf.njfu.edu.cn//oa/darticle.aspx?type=view&id=201706021
