%0 Journal Article %T 蒸爆竹浆木质素结构特征 %A 丁婷婷 %A 邵顺流 %A 金贞福 %J 林业工程学报 %D 2016 %R 10.13360/j.issn.2096-1359.2016.01.014 %X 采用硝基苯氧化法、红外吸收光谱法、热分析法探讨不同溶剂提取的毛竹(Phyllostachys pubescens)材加工剩余物蒸爆竹纤维的木质素得率及其结构特性。蒸爆竹浆提取的木质素得率随采用的溶剂不同而不同,90%二氧六环提取木质素得率较高,且其硝基苯氧化产物的得率低于竹磨木木质素,说明蒸爆过程中木质素非缩合型结构的降解比较强烈。红外光谱分析结果表明,竹材木质素侧链的阿魏酸和对香豆酸为桥的醚、酯键等结构在蒸爆过程中键断裂,低分子化,形成游离的酚羟基。不同溶剂提取的蒸爆竹浆木质素在105~200 ℃的失重峰特征不同,表明不同溶剂提取的木质素低分子化程度不同。研究结果表明,竹材加工剩余物经蒸爆处理所得木质素易提取,且木质素低分子化,酚羟基含量多、纯度高,为酚醛树脂等产品的开发提供理论依据和技术指导。</br>Steam exploded bamboo(Phyllostachys pubescens)residue was subjected to lignin extraction by solvents. The yield and characteristics of the lignin were investigated by nitrobenzenen oxidation, thermogravimetry(TG), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR). The yield of lignin extracted from different solvents was different with the yield from 90% dioxane-water the highest. The yield of nitrobenzene oxidation products was lower than that of milled bamboo lignin, indicating that the non-condensed structure of lignin degraded more significantly during steam explosion. FTIR analysis showed that the ester and ether bonds in the side chains of bamboo lignin broke during the steam explosion, while the free phenol hydroxyl groups formed. The lignin extracted from 90% dioxane showed lower heat flow than these extracted from other solvents, which suggested that the molecular weight of the former was relatively higher. The characteristics of DTG curve peaks in 105-200 ℃ were different for lignin extracted from different solvents, which showed that the molecular weight of lignin extracted from different solvents was different.
