%0 Journal Article %T 3种树脂浸渍改性杨木实木板材的性能 %A 彭晓晓 %A 孙丰文 %A 刘龙龙 %J 林业工程学报 %D 2015 %R 10.13360/j.issn.1000-8101.2015.05.028 %X 研究了三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(MF树脂)、二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲树脂(2D树脂)和杨木粉液化物酚醛树脂(PLPF树脂)浸渍改性处理对杨木板材的尺寸稳定性、静曲强度、弹性模量、硬度和表面润湿性等性能指标的影响。结果表明,MF树脂浸渍处理对改善尺寸稳定性的效果较显著;2D树脂浸渍处理能有效改善板材的力学性能;PLPF树脂对试件阻湿率和横纹、顺纹抗压强度的改善不显著,对其他性能的改善效果较好。PLPF树脂浸渍处理可显著增强杨木板材的表面润湿性。</br>The effects of melamine formaldehyde resin (MF resin), dihydroxy methyl two hydroxy ethylene urea resin (2D resin) and poplar powder liquefaction phenol formaldehyde resin (PLPF resin) impregnation on dimensional stability, modulus of rupture, modulus of elasticity, hardness and surface wettability of poplar lumber were investigated.
