%0 Journal Article %T 分丝方法对竹纤维提取及机械性能的影响 %A 黄慧 %A 王玉 %A 孙丰文 %A 王小东 %A 张齐生 %J 林业工程学报 %D 2016 %R 10.13360/j.issn.2096-1359.2016.06.004 %X 天然植物纤维替代合成纤维应用已广受关注。竹纤维具有资源广泛、质量小、比强度和比模量高等优点,用作复合材料的增强材料具有多方面优势。分别采用梳理、辊压/平压联合梳理多种分丝方法提取竹纤维,研究了分丝方法对竹纤维提取及机械性能的影响。结果表明:提取出的较好竹纤维主要由原竹材维管束上的纤维束组成,直径集中分布于0.07~0.20 mm; 采用多级分丝方法可有效降低纤维细度,提高纤维分离度和均匀性,但也可能加大纤维内部缺陷。辊压与梳理联合分丝提取竹纤维具有较高的机械性能,辊压梳理工艺提取的竹纤维平均拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和拉伸模量分别为(479±175)MPa,(1.95±0.71)%和(33.1±12.5)GPa。采用二参威布尔模型对竹纤维机械性能分析可知,分丝方法对竹纤维拉伸强度和拉伸模量的威布尔形状参数有一定影响,辊压梳理及辊压二次梳理所得竹纤维的拉伸强度威布尔形状参数低于其他分丝方法,二次梳理所得竹纤维的拉伸模量威布尔形状参数高于一次梳理。</br>Natural plant fibers have been investigated widely to replace synthetic fibers as load bearing components on the application of composite materials. There are many advantages for natural plant fiber used as composite reinforcement, such as abundant resources, environment friendly, low cost, light weight and recyclable. Bamboo is one of the important forest resources in Asia. Bamboo fiber is called as “natural glass fiber” with high specific strength and specific modulus, having well competitiveness in terms of composite reinforcement. This paper analyzed the extraction method of bamboo fiber based on different splitting methods, such as combing, combing combined with rolling, and combing combined with pressing. The effect of splitting method on bamboo fiber extraction and its mechanical properties was discussed. The results showed that the well extracted bamboo fibers were mainly made from the fiber strands which were originally parts of vascular bundles in the raw bamboo structure, and their diameters mostly ranged from 0.07 to 0.20 mm. The multi-level splitting was the effective method to improve the fineness of bamboo fibers, increase fiber separation and splitting degree, and improve the uniformity of fibers, while it was probably harmful for spreading the inner defects of fibers. The bamboo fiber showed better mechanical properties when splitting by rolling-combing jointed facilitation. The average tensile strength, elongation at break and tensile modulus of bamboo fiber split by rolling combined with once combing were(479±175)MPa,(1.95±0.71)% and(33.1±12.5)GPa, respectively. The strength and module distribution of the fibers was characterized with a two parameter Weibull model.
