%0 Journal Article %T 农林剩余物无机人造板研究进展 %A 吴义强 %A 李新功 %A 左迎峰 %A 李贤军 %A 卿彦 %A 张新荔 %J 林业工程学报 %D 2016 %R 10.13360/j.issn.2096-1359.2016.01.002 %X 将农林剩余物运用到人造板中有利于保护森林资源和缓解木材资源供需矛盾。为有效提高农林剩余物人造板的胶合性能,胶黏剂的选择和人造板制备技术成为研究重点。在介绍了几种常用的农林剩余物无机人造板及特性的基础上,从无机胶黏剂制备和改性、胶合界面调控和胶合成型技术三方面重点阐述了农林剩余物无机人造板的胶合技术研究现状,并介绍了农林剩余物加工装备研究进展。针对无机胶黏剂和农林剩余物无机人造板在改性机理、加工装备以及加工使用性能等方面研究的不足,提出了进一步研究的建议。</br>The application of forest and agricultural biomass in wood-based panel is of benefit to protect the forest resources and ease the conflicts between the supply and demand of wood resources. In order to improve the bonding performance of the wood-based panel made from forest and agricultural biomass, the choice of adhesive and the production technologies of wood-based panel have become the focus point in the theory studies. On the basis of introducing several kinds of typical wood-based panel made from forest and agricultural biomass, the bonding technology research status on the forest and agricultural biomass inorganic wood-based panel was reviewed from the aspects of preparation and modification of inorganic adhesive, bonding interface control and bonding molding technology. The processing equipment research progress of the forest and agricultural biomass inorganic wood-based panel was also introduced. Some recommendations for improve the modification mechanism, processing equipment and processing performance of inorganic adhesive and forest and agricultural biomass inorganic wood-based panel were proposed.
