%0 Journal Article %T 利用Hummers法混合酸液制备氧化石墨烯/纤维素复合材料 %A 苗媛媛 %A 张晨阳 %A 黄帝郡 %A 田磊 %A 赵天际 %A 翟学勇 %A 刘镇波 %J 林业工程学报 %D 2018 %R 10.13360/j.issn.2096-1359.2018.05.015 %X Hummers法是制备氧化石墨烯(GO)的一种重要方法,其操作简单、反应条件温和,但该方法反应结束后混合液中仍残留大量的酸。在不对Hummers法制备的混合液进行任何洗涤过滤处理的前提下,直接将经过预处理的木质纤维素溶解于混合液中,在45 ℃水浴条件下反应2 h后,将混合物透析处理至中性,并经冷冻干燥或超声-冷冻干燥处理后制得GO/纤维素复合材料。采用SEM、XRD、红外及拉曼光谱等表征方法对GO/纤维素复合材料进行分析。结果表明,利用本研究的方法可制备GO/纤维素复合材料,且该复合材料的冻干粉易分散于水溶液中,且溶液能稳定保持一段时间。该研究简化了制备GO/纤维素复合材料的方法,缩短了反应时间,节约了制备成本,充分利用了反应液中的硫酸,可在一定程度上降低对环境的影响。</br>Hummers method is a chemical process that can be used to generate graphene oxide(GO). It is commonly used by lab technicians as a reliable method of producing large quantities of GO. On the other hand, while a large amount of residual acid remained in the mixture after the end of the reaction, there is a negative impact on the environment. In this study, the mixed acid solution was collected without any washing and filtration after the Hummers method reaction was completed. The lignocellulose was preprocessed by the benzene-alcohol mixture, sodium chlorite solution and sodium hydroxide solution to remove the organic extracts, lignin and hemicellulose in turn. Then the preprocessed lignocellulose was directly dissolved in the mixed acid solution derived from Hummers method and reacted in 45 ℃ water bath for 2 h. After the reaction, to prepare the GO/cellulose composite slurry, the mixture was washed by the suction filtration and centrifuge, and dialyzed to be neutral by the dialysis. The GO/cellulose composite was dried by freeze-drying or ultrasonic treatment before the freeze-drying. The GO/cellulose composites were characterized by the scanning electron microscope(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), Fourier translation infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and Raman spectra. The SEM images showed that the lignocellulose was dissolved into micro- and nanoscale cellulose. At the same time, the cellulose was covered by the GO sheet. It showed that the GO/cellulose composites could be prepared in the acid condition by a method that was different from other regular methods. In addition, the freeze-dried powder of the GO/cellulose composite was easily dispersed in aqueous solution and the solution can be kept stable for a period of time.
