%0 Journal Article %T 射流等离子体处理对热处理材漆膜附着力的影响 %A 马伟 %A 郭明辉 %A 龚新超 %A 李凤龙 %J 林业工程学报 %D 2018 %R 10.13360/j.Issn.2096-1359.2018.03.024 %X 采用氮气射流对热处理材落叶松进行等离子体处理,研究了不同处理高度、不同处理时间对热处理材漆膜性能的影响,通过仪器测定,分析了不同等离子体处理条件下被处理材的漆膜性能变化机理,并得出本实验中改善热处理材落叶松漆膜性能的最佳等离子体处理工艺参数。结果表明:随着等离子体处理高度的降低和处理时间的延长,热处理材漆膜质量损失率降低,漆膜性能逐渐提升; 等离子体处理改善热处理材漆膜性能的最佳工艺时间为20 s、高度为15 mm; 等离子体处理过程中引入的大量氨基、羟基、羰基、羧基等亲水性基团是被处理材漆膜性能提升的根本原因。X射线光电子能谱分析显示,经过等离子处理后的落叶松,C元素含量降幅为12.63%,O元素和N元素增幅分别为14.32%,83.87%。FT-IR结果表明,处理后的木材表面―OH、C―H、C=O的峰的强度明显加强。因此,对热处理之后的木材进行等离子体处理,可大幅度提升其漆膜性能,从而改善产品缺陷、提高附加值。</br>Color is the characteristic of human visual perception, which affects the value of wood products. The color of wood surface can be changed when the wood is placed under a relatively high temperature for several hours. In this process, as the color changes, the dimensional stability also changes apparently. Apart from all described above, thanks to the chemical reaction that happens in the thermal-treatment period, the performance of finishing is affected, which is attributed to the fact that the hydrophilicity of wood surface decreases considerably. To solve the problem, discharge plasma is a useful method. In this study, the effects of different plasma treatment heights and different treatment time duration on the properties of the films were investigated by nitrogen jet. The effects of different treatment conditions on the properties of the treated materials were analyzed. And the best plasma treatment parameters were obtained in this experiment to improve the performance of larch wood film. It is found that, after the nitrogen jet treatment, the samples show a better water-wetted property, which can be shown by the results of the contact angle test. The results show that, with the decrease of the height of the plasma treatment and the prolonging of the treatment time, the loss rate of the film is reduced and the performance of the film is improved. The optimum process time of the film is improved to be 20 s, with a plasma treatment height of 15 mm. The introduction of a large number of hydrophilic groups such as amino groups, hydroxyl groups, carbonyl groups and carboxyl groups during the plasma treatment is the essential reason for the improvement of the performance of the treated film.
