%0 Journal Article %T 添加剂含量对麦秸/聚乙烯微发泡复合材料加工与耐水性能的影响 %A 高振棠 %A 蔡红珍 %J 林业工程学报 %D 2015 %R 10.13360/j.issn.1000-8101.2015.04.027 %X 通过改变麦秸粉和AC发泡剂添加剂含量,考察口模压力降,测定复合材料加工流动性及试样吸水性,研究添加剂含量对麦秸/聚乙烯复合材料加工与耐水性能的关系。将高密度聚乙烯与麦秸粉混合,经异向锥形双螺杆挤出机和片材口模成型加工麦秸/聚乙烯复合材料试样。结果表明:口模挤出压力降受麦秸粉、AC发泡剂用量的影响较大;麦秸粉用量低于40份时对复合材料体系的加工流动性影响不大,当麦秸粉用量高于40份时,麦秸粉的流动性较差,会严重阻碍链段的运动,导致复合材料的流动性下降;复合材料的24 h吸水率随麦秸粉用量的增加而增大。</br>The wheat straw??polyethylene (PE) composite samples were prepared by using a special die molding and the co??nical twin screw extruder. The pressure drop of die at different contents of wheat straw powder and AC blowing agent was investigated, and processing fluidity and water absorption of the composites were tested. The influence of additive contents on processing and water resistance properties of the wheat straw??PE composite was also studied. The results showed that the pressure drop of die was greatly influenced by the contents of AC blowing agent and straw powder. When the wheat straw content was under 40 copies, its influence on the processing fluidity was not significant. Above the 40 copies, the fluidity of wheat straw was significantly reduced, which seriously hindered the chain movement and led to the drop of composite flui??dity.
