LTD, Guangxi. After isolation and purification of microbes, traditional morphological method and ITS sequences analyses were used to identify the microorganisms. 4 fungi strains were isolated from the samples, numbered as GXB-1, ZXB-2, ZXB-3 and ZXB-4, respectively. According to the traditional morphological results, these strains were belonged to Trichoderma sp. and Neurospora sp.. Trichoderma sp. was the dominant population and the isolation rate was 60%. rDNA-ITS analysis and homology comparison were then used to identify these strains. Phylogenetic tree showed that strain GXB-1 existed a common bunch with T. harzianum MGQ2(GenBank accession number:KC342029.1), strain ZXB-2 and ZXB-3 were on the same bunch of T. viride and T. atroviride, strain ZXB-4 existed a common bunch with N. tetrasperma XF35(GenBank accession number:JX136749.1), which represented a similarity up to 99%. The comprehensive identification results showed that strain GXB-1 was T. harzianum, strain ZXB-2 and ZXB-3 were T. atroviride, strain ZXB-4 was N. tetrasperma, respectively. Dominant population of mildew strains were different in different area, matrix and environmental condition.
