%0 Journal Article %T 单宁树脂砂轮片制备及氧化铝在树脂中的分形分布 %A 张俊 %A 杜官本 %A 席雪冬 %J 林业工程学报 %D 2016 %R 10.13360/j.issn.2096-1359.2016.01.017 %X 以杨梅树皮单宁-糠醇共缩聚树脂为基质,氧化铝颗粒为研磨材料,在实验室条件下制备新型可回收砂轮片。采用扫描电子显微镜、布氏硬度、抗压强度以及耐磨测试对砂轮片的外观及强度进行评估,同时通过氧化铝颗粒在树脂中的分布特征,并根据分形理论,采用分形维数来描述其对固化后砂轮片的压缩性能的影响。结果表明:用占树脂质量1.5倍的氧化铝制备的砂轮片,不仅具有光滑无裂痕的表面、高硬度和高抗压强度,还具备优越的耐磨性能。同时,氧化铝颗粒在树脂中的分布具有分形特征,不同的氧化铝含量会在树脂中形成不同的分形维数,砂轮片呈现不同的粗糙度。</br>A 100% renewable, easy-to-prepare and industrialized grinding wheel was developed based on a bio-based thermosetting resin matrix. The matrix was made of hairy waxmyrtle tannin-furanic resin, which bonded the aluminum oxide particles as abrasive substance. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to study the appearance of these grinding wheels. The mechanical properties of the wheels were characterized by the measurements of compressive strength, Brinell hardness and wear resistance. Meanwhile, through investigating the distribution characteristics of aluminum oxide particles in the resin, the effect of particles on the compressive strength of the grinding wheels were investigated according to fractal theory using the computer-aided design(CAD). The results showed that the grinding wheels prepared by the tannin-furanic resin matrix and aluminum oxide particles exhibited good surface quality with no cracks or pores. They also showed high hardness and compressive strength. The grinding wheel with an aluminum oxide particle-to-resin mass ratio of 1.5 showed the highest hardness and compressive strength. The results also revealed remarkable performance of wear resistance compared to the commercial Taber Calibrade wheel H-18. Moreover, the distribution of aluminum oxide particles in the resin matrix exhibited a fractal character. There was different fractal dimension and roughness of grinding wheel surface with different amount of aluminum oxide particles. With the increase of aluminum oxide particles, the fractional dimension in the surface of the grinding wheel increased.
