The activity of refined polysaccharides and precipitation fractionations of purified C. paliurus polysaccharide obtained from different concentrations of ethanol were compared in this study.【Method】The activity of inhibiting α-glucosidase was used to evaluate the hypoglycemic effect in vitro. The ability of total antioxidant, scavenging DPPH and(?OH)radicals and chelating Fe2+were used to evaluate the antioxidant capacity.【Result】The results showed that refined polysaccharides of C. paliurus and different precipitation fractionations all showed a high inhibition against α-glucosidase, and showed a dose-effect relationship. With the ethanol concentration increasing, the fractions obtained showed a higher inhibition activity. Refined polysaccharides of C. paliurus and different precipitation fractionations all showed a good antioxidant activity. Among different precipitation fractionations, the abilities of scavenging DPPH and total antioxidant were increased with the ethanol concentration increasing. In contrast, the abilities of scavenging(?OH)radicals and chelating Fe2+ were decreased.【Conclusion】Different C. paliurus polysaccharides have good in vitro hypoglycemic and antioxidant activity, which can be used for further manufacture and expoliting %K 青钱柳 %K 多糖 %K 降血糖 %K 抗氧化< %K /br> %K Cyclocarya paliurus %K polysaccharide %K hypoglycemic effect %K antioxidant activity %U http://nldxb.njfu.edu.cn/oa/darticle.aspx?type=view&id=201704002
