%X 本文以习近平在瑞士的两场演讲为例，依据认知科学中架构理论所揭示的政治话语规律，探讨该话语的主要认知特征及其对中国政治话语体系建构的重大指导意义；并以此为范例，从认知和社会的视角衍生出全球视野下中国政治话语建构的首要原则、基本特征、主要机制、话语架构模式和对外交流主要策略。</br>Taking Xi Jinping’s two speeches in Switzerland as an example，this paper explores its cognitivefeatures and its leading role in the construction of Chinese political discourse system in accordance with therules of political discourses revealed by Framing Theory from the perspective of cognitive science. Thenthe main principles，the basic features，the mechanism，the discourse framing model and the internationalexchange strategies of Chinese political discourses are derived from the cognitive and social perspective
