%X 全面从严治党，是中国共产党基于人民的愿望、要求和自身自我更新、发展需要的政治系统输出。作为党的政治系统输出，全面从严治党符合人民群众的价值期待，赢得了人民群众的支持性输入。人民群众对党的支持既包括基于获得感的特定性支持，也包括基于对党的信心、信任、合法性信仰增强的散布性支持。面向未来，全面从严治党应当在更高程度上寻求特定性支持和散布性支持的动态平衡，尤其要通过协调推进“四个全面”战略、“五位一体”总体布局，在更广泛的领域寻求特定性支持和散布性支持的动态平衡，以巩固党的政治合法性基础。</br>The full and rigorous governance over the Party，based on the wishes and needs of the people，isthe output of the political system to meet the CPC’s need for self reform and development. As the output ofthe Party’s political system，the governance over the Party meets the people’s expectations in values，and haswon their support as the input into the political system. People’s support for the Party includes both the specificsupport based on the sense of gaining benefit and the diffuse support based on their confidence and trust in theParty as well as the enhancement of their faith in the legitimacy of the Party’s leadership. Looking forward tothe future，the full and rigorous governance over the Party should seek a dynamic balance between these twotypes of support，which should be achieved in particular by promoting coordinated implementation of the fivesphereintegrated plan and the four-pronged comprehensive strategy and be conducted in wider areas in order toconsolidate the political legitimacy foundation for the Party
