%T 转型期俄罗斯政治文化的变迁

%X 作为一种强大的无形力量,政治文化潜移默化、经久不衰地对政治发展发挥着极其重要的影响。对于政治发展而言,俄罗斯要想建构真正的民主政治,就必须建构与转型过程相应的民主政治文化。事实上,自俄罗斯独立后开启了全面的制度转型以来,其政治文化也发生了重大变迁:在叶利钦时期,自由主义的滥觞导致了政治文化的分裂; 而在普京执政后,俄罗斯主要运用权威主义整合政治文化,同时也并不否认民主主义的价值诉求。</br>As a kind of strong and invisible force, political culture has an underlying and unfailing effect on the political development. Therefore, it is essential for Russia to construct a kind of democratic political culture compatible with its transition period. In fact, since Russia opened the comprehensive transition of system after independence, its political culture has undergone fundamental changes. In Yeltsin’s era, liberalism was overemphasized and thus led to the division of political culture. In Putin’s era, authoritarianism is adopted to promote the integration of political culture, while democracy is also considered the essential part of value pursuit
