%X 当代中国城乡文化关系不是先进与落后、替代与被替代、改造与被改造的关系，而是不同文化形态、同等文化地位、共享文化发展权利之间的关系，是功能各异、优势互补、融合发展的和谐共生关系。文化自觉是实现城乡文化和谐共生的客观认知前提，文化自信是实现城乡文化和谐共生的主观认同基础。在文化自觉、文化自信前提与基础之上，应坚持先进文化引领，促进具有时代精神的城乡文化和谐共生；坚守中华文化立场，促进具有中国风格的城乡文化和谐共生；坚守地域文化特性，促进具有地方色彩的城乡文化和谐共生。</br>The relationship between the urban and rural cultures in contemporary China is the relationshipbetween two different forms of culture sharing equal rights to development rather than a relationship betweenthe advanced and the backward; between the substitution and what is substituted; or between the transformerand what is transformed. With different functions, the urban and rural cultures are complementary to each otherand enjoy a harmonious intergrowth. Cultural consciousness is the objective cognitive precondition for theharmonious intergrowth of the urban and rural cultures. Cultural confidence is the subjective identity foundationfor the harmonious intergrowth of the urban and rural cultures. Based on cultural consciousness and confidence,we have to follow the guidance of the advanced culture and promote the harmonious intergrowth of the urbanand rural cultures in line with the spirit of the times; stick to the standpoint of Chinese culture and enhance theharmonious intergrowth of the urban and rural cultures with Chinese style; cherish the characteristics of regionalcultures and promote the harmonious intergrowth of the urban and rural cultures with local features
