%X 邰爽秋是我国近现代著名的教育家之一,他的教育管理思想十分丰富:重视实验和研究一体化,重视教育的经济功能开发和后备人才的培养,重视教育与社会的紧密联系,强调教材的实用化通俗化。这些做法,符合当时中国社会经济文化教育发展的实际状况,体现了现代教育发展趋势,具有重要的借鉴意义和参考价值。</br>Tai Shuangqiu is one of the famous educators in China’s modern history. In terms of organization management, he emphasized such issues as: the integration of experiment and research; the economic function of education and the training of talents; the close connection between school and society; and the easy access to textbooks and other teaching materials. There is still something significant in Tai’s theory for the education reform and development in today’s China
