%X 通过解析国际食品法典委员会、欧盟，以及澳大利亚和新西兰、英国、加拿大、美国、韩国、中国香港和澳门地区的即食食品微生物限量标准，比较微生物指标设定特点和限量要求，为我国制定即食食品微生物限量标准提供技术依据。</br>Based on the comparative analysis of microbiological criteria for ready-to-eat foods in Codex Alimentarius Commission，the European Union，Australia，New Zealand，England，Canada，America，Korea，Hong Kong and Macau，the article provided recommendations for the elaboration of Chinese national microbiological standards for ready-to-eat foods
