To efficiently prepare the sulfated extracellular polysaccharide from submerged fermentation of Ganoderma Lucidum,microwave assisted synthesis was established in this paper,using dimethylformamide as solvent and aminosulfonic acid as esterifying reagent. Results showed that the microwave assisted synthesis with urea as catalyst led to a high substitution degree of 2.67,and the reaction was mild.
