%0 Journal Article %T 一种果蔬清洗机数值和实验研究 %A 吴燕 %A 金光远 %A 崔政伟 %J 食品与生物技术学报 %D 2015 %R 10.3969/j.issn.1673-1689.2015.12.012 %X 设计了具有U型清洗槽的单涡旋式水流果蔬清洗机,对其清洗特性进行数值研究和局部实验验证,探讨U型清洗槽内横纵孔淹没水射流形成单涡旋水流清洗动力的规律,及涡旋流动对清洗湍流的强化作用;考察不同的横纵孔射流流量比和纵向射流孔位置下清洗槽内三维流动特性,结果表明:横纵射流流量比为2,纵向射流孔水平位置在左侧时清洗槽内单涡旋的三维分布以及横纵射流的相互作用强度较好,涡旋流动显著,可促使单涡旋向出口下游迁移,实验验证与数值模拟结果一致。</br>A U-shaped single vortex water washer for fruits and vegetables was designed and its effect on vortex water washing was investigated. Results showed that the three-dimensional distribution and the intensity of interaction between transverse and longitudinal jets were optimal when the ratio of transverse to longitudinal jet flow was 2 and the longitudinal jet hole was left,significantly forming vortex and promoting the migration of single vortex to outlets.
