%0 Journal Article %T 基于博弈论和未确知测度理论的起重机安全评价 %A 李爱华 %A 赵章焰 %J 大连海事大学学报 %D 2016 %X 为准确判断在役起重机的安全状况,克服评价过程中单一赋权方法和最大隶属度原则的不足,运用组合赋权法和未确知测度理论,建立起重机安全等级评价模型.基于评价人员的评分结果,计算单指标未确知测度矩阵.分别用层次分析法(AHP)和信息熵法确定评价指标的主观权重和客观权重,运用博弈论将主观权重和客观权重合理组合.根据单指标未确知测度矩阵和组合权重计算多指标综合测度向量,利用置信度准则、等级特征值公式和等级判别准则确定评价对象的安全等级.实例计算表明:该模型可准确反映起重机的安全状况,评价结果更合理.</br>In order to judge accurately the safety status of crane in service, and improve insufficiency of single weighting manner and principle of maximum degree of membership, an evaluation model of crane safety grade was built by using combination weights and uncertainty measurement theory. Uncertainty measurements matrix of individual indexes were calculated based on the marks given by evaluators. Analytical hierarchy process(AHP) and information entropy method were used respectively to determine subjective and objective weights. Then the subjective and objective weighting were combined by using game theory. According to uncertainty measurement matrix of individual indexes and combination weights, the multi-indexed uncertainty measurement vector was calculated. Safety grade can be achieved finally by using the confidence criterion, grade feature value equation, and grade discriminant criterion. An example calculation shows that the proposed model can precisely reflect safety status of crane, and the assessment results are more reasonable. %K 13871001982@163.com. %U http://xb.dlmu.edu.cn/CN/abstract/abstract376.shtml
