%0 Journal Article %T 基于熵权和灰色关联分析的航道绿色水平综合评价方法 %A 侯珏 %A 刘芳 %A 陈征 %J 大连海事大学学报 %D 2016 %X 针对目前航道绿色水平评价方法的不足,研究基于熵权法和灰色关联分析法相结合的航道绿色水平评价方法.分析绿色航道内涵并分别提出航道建设期和运营期绿色水平评价指标体系.利用熵权法确定各评价指标的客观权重,克服了原始灰色关联中指标平权和专家赋值的不足;然后, 采用灰色关联分析法得到航道绿色水平评价值,充分利用了各指标的全部信息,并发挥了灰色关联适合具有一定灰度小样本事件的优势.对浙江省在建的高等级航道绿色水平进行实证分析,并与主成分分析法及熵权TOPSIS分析法进行对比.结果表明,该方法能够对航道建设期和运营期的绿色水平做出合理的定性评价,为航道绿色水平提供了一种可行的评价方法.</br>Aiming at the lack of the evaluation method of the green level in waterway channel, the evaluation method of the green level of waterway channel was studied by using entropy weight and gray correlation analysis method, including the connotation of green waterway channel and evaluation index systems for the construction and operation of waterway channel. The entropy weight method was used to determine the weight of each index to make up for lack of index equal rights and experts assignment of original grey correlation, then the gray correlation analysis was used to get the evaluation value of green level, and all the information of each index was used, and the advantage of grey correlation is suitable for small sample with certain gray level. An empirical analysis of high grade channel of Zhejiang province was carried out, the result was compared with principal component analysis and entropy weight TOPSIS analysis.
