%0 Journal Article %T 进气扇区调整对双向进气再入式涡轮性能的影响 %A 陈帝云 %A 钟兢军 %A 韩吉昂 %J 大连海事大学学报 %D 2018 %X 为探究结构调整对双向进气再入式涡轮内部流动和总体性能的影响,对再入式涡轮两个进气扇区的周向相对位置和第二级进气扇区内部静叶的安装角进行调整.通过三维数值计算方法,对调整后的各方案进行数值研究和分析.结果表明:随着两个进气扇区周向相对位置的增加,再入管道周向尺寸随之增加,燃气流经再入管道的总压损失增大,总静效率最多减小0.41%.第二级进气扇区静叶安装角的调整显著改善了动叶流道的流动状态,第二级进气扇区静叶安装角增加6°时,再入涡轮总静效率较原型提升了1.03%.</br>In order to explore the effect of structural adjustments on doubleinlet reentry turbine inner flow field and performance, the relative circumferential position of two inlet arcs and the stagger angle of stators in second stage inlet arc were adjusted. The numerical study and analysis of the adjusted schemes were carried out by using the three dimensional numerical calculation method. Results show that with the relative circumferential distance becomes larger, the circumferential size of the reentry duct becomes larger, and total pressure loss in the reentry duct increases and the total static efficiency is reduced by 0.41% at most. The stator stagger angle adjustment of second inlet arc can significantly improve the internal flow state of rotor blade row, and the total static efficiency is improved by 1.03% comparing with the prototype while the stagger angle is increased by 6°. %K 辽宁省高等学校创新团队资助项目(LT2015004). %U http://xb.dlmu.edu.cn/CN/abstract/abstract513.shtml
