%0 Journal Article %T 游艇用蜂窝夹芯板振动分析 %A 张釜迪 %A 于洪亮 %A 闫 %A 锦 %A 廖建彬 %J 大连海事大学学报 %D 2016 %X 针对游艇用蜂窝夹芯板的振动问题,以65002船体铺层试验样板作为研究对象,测取其固有频率及模态振型,对其振动特性进行分析;建立有限元模型,应用ANSYS循环搜索,逆推出蜂窝夹芯层和表层玻璃纤维的弹性模量,将获得的弹性模量应用到有限元模型中,求解出复合板的模态振型及固有频率,并与试验结果比对分析,以此验证ANSYS循环搜索的可靠性.结果显示,应用ANSYS循环搜索求解得到的振型图与试验测得的吻合良好,固有频率基本误差控制在2.0%以内,验证了ANSYS循环搜索的适用性,为进一步采用有限元仿真研究游艇蜂窝夹芯板的振动奠定了基础.</br>For the problem of honeycomb sandwich vibration, the inherent frequencies and modal shapes of sample plate of 65002 overlay were measured to analyze the vibration characteristic, the elastic modulus of core layer and surface layer were adversely deduced by establishing finite element model and using the method of ANSYS circulating search. Modal shapes and inherent frequencies of the honeycomb sandwich were calculated by using the elastic modulus. Comparison with experimental results verifies the reliability of ANSYS circulating search.
