%0 Journal Article %T 泡沫温拌橡胶沥青混合料路用性能 %A 郭乃胜 %A 张银宣 %A 张小康 %A 赵颖华 %J 大连海事大学学报 %D 2016 %X 为使温拌技术在橡胶沥青混合料中获得更好的应用,选用沸石作为发泡温拌剂,应用DSR和BBR试验分析不同温拌剂掺量的泡沫温拌橡胶沥青流变性能,并进行泡沫温拌橡胶沥青混合料路用性能研究.结果表明,温拌剂掺量对橡胶沥青流变性能具有显著影响,温拌剂掺量为3%时,泡沫温拌沥青的流变性能表现最佳;温拌剂的添加,降低了泡沫温拌橡胶沥青混合料的拌和及压实温度;泡沫温拌橡胶沥青混合料的路用性能检验各项指标与热拌橡胶沥青混合料的相比,未产生明显差异,并且均能满足《规范》(JTG F40-2004)的技术要求.</br>The objective of this study is to potentially employ warm mix asphalt (WMA) in rubberized asphalt mixtures, taking the zeolite as foaming WMA additive, the rheological properties of the foamed warm rubberized asphalt were analyzed by using dynamic shear rheology (DSR) and bending beam rheology (BBR) tests, and the performance of the foamed warm rubberized asphalt mixtures was evaluated. Results show that the WMA additive dosage has a considerable effect on rheological properties of rubberized asphalt, and foamed rubberized asphalt presents a best rheological properties at a dosage of 3% (by mass). The addition of the WMA additives into the rubberized asphalt mixtures decreases the mixing and compaction temperatures. The performance tests indicate a less difference between foamed warm mix rubberized asphalt mixtures and hot mix rubberized asphalt mixtures, which can meet the requirements of technical specifications (JTG F40-2004). %K 国家自然科学基金资助项目(51308084) %K 辽宁省公路科研项目(201503). %U http://xb.dlmu.edu.cn/CN/abstract/abstract354.shtml
