%0 Journal Article %T “海上丝绸之路”背景下的港口战略联盟稳定性研究 %A 赵 %A 旭 %A 王晓伟 %A 周巧琳 %J 大连海事大学学报 %D 2016 %X 21世纪“海上丝绸之路”战略的提出加快了区域港口合作网络布局进程,作为一种创新的港口合作网络布局形式,港口战略联盟的稳定性对区域合作与经济发展具有重要意义.为分析港口战略联盟稳定性,建立港口效用函数计算港口企业联盟与否的效用变化,进一步运用演化博弈分析港口战略联盟稳定性的演变过程.研究结果表明,在联盟背叛费用大于联盟维持费用一半的情况下,港口战略联盟具有稳定性,反之则具有不稳定性.在此基础上进一步分析港口战略联盟不稳定性的影响,并提出港口战略联盟不稳定性治理的对策与建议.</br>The proposition of “21st Century Maritime Silk Road” strategy promotes the process of regional port cooperation network layout. And as an innovative network form, the stability of port strategic alliance has an important significance to regional cooperation and economic development. In order to analyze the stability of port strategic alliance, port utility function was developed to calculate the change of port utility, and the evolutionary game theory was used to study the evolution process of port strategic alliance stability. Result shows that when the betrayal cost is higher than half of the maintaining cost, the port strategic alliance is stable, on the contrary, the port strategic alliance is instable.
