%0 Journal Article %T VTS中心布局及雷达站选址—配置双层规划模型 %A 艾云飞 %A 曹德胜 %A 沈兵 %A 吕靖 %J 大连海事大学学报 %D 2017 %X 研究VTS中心布局及雷达站选址-配置问题,建立双层规划优化模型:上层规划模型解决雷达站的选址及雷达配置问题,下层规划模型解决VTS中心布局问题.针对模型设计双层遗传算法求解.算例结果显示,双层遗传算法能够找到问题的满意解.将程序运行100次,计算结果具有稳定性.将VTS中心布局及雷达站选址-配置集成考虑,可以有效避免雷达站的重复建设问题,同时,也实现了整个区域的完全覆盖.</br>The layout of VTS center and location-configuration of radar station were studied, and a bi-objective optimization model was established, the upper programming model was used to solve the location-configuration of radar stations, and the lower programming model was used to solve the layout of VTS centers. In view of the model, a hierarchical genetic algorithm was designed. The example result indicates that the hierarchical genetic algorithm can find the satisfactory solution for the problem, and the program was run for 100 times with stable calculation results.
