By using the super network SBM model, the total efficiency and staged efficiency of the world’s three major cruise companies, namely, Carnival cruise lines, Royal Caribbean cruise lines and Genting Hongkong company were evaluated from 2005 to 2014. Results show that the overall efficiency of cruise companies is on the rise during 2005—2014. Sales efficiency is higher than operation efficiency, but operation efficiency has more influence on total efficiency.
