Thoughtheexperimentalmethodsto identifytheessentialgenesiseffective, thesemethodsareexpensiveandtime-consuming.Therefore, thedevelopmentof efficientpredictionalgorithmtopredicthumanessentialgenesisanecessaryandeffectivecomplementtoexperimental methods.Thispaperproposedanalgorithmbasedonthefusionofmultipleheterogeneousnetworktopologydatatopredict theessentialgenes.
