%0 Journal Article %T 3DP 工艺中铺粉过程建模与仿真研究 %A 王媛媛 %A 张思祥 %A 杨伟东 %J 河北工业大学学报 %D 2018 %R 10.14081/j.cnki.hgdxb.2018.06.006 %X 在3DP工艺中,粉体材料的铺设质量直接影响制件精度. 将粉末看作一系列独立运动的离散颗粒的集 合,通过建立的数学模型,分析颗粒的受力情况,计算出位移量,实现了采用颗粒集模拟整个铺砂过程.应用 基于离散元方法的EDEM软件进行铺粉过程的建模仿真,分别模拟了铺粉辊的旋转方向、大小、水平速度、 转速和颗粒大小对铺粉过程的影响.通过仿真实验得出:铺粉辊水平速度对粉层致密度和孔隙率影响最大,随 着其速度的增大,使得粉层致密度降低,孔隙率增大,降低了打印精度. 本文的仿真研究为实际工艺生产提供 了一定的理论依据,为铺粉参数的优化打下了基础.</br>In3DPprocess,thelayingqualityofpowdermaterialsdirectlyaffectstheprecisionoftheparts.Inthispaper, thepowderwasregardedasacollectionofdiscreteparticlesmovingindependently.Byestablishingamathematicalmod? elandanalyzingtheforceofparticles,thedisplacementcanbecalculated.Thentheparticleswerecombinedtosimulate theentiresandingprocess.ThesoftwareEDEMbasedondiscreteelementmethodwasusedtosimulatethepowder spreadingprocess,theeffectsofrotatingdirection,size,horizontalspeed,rotatingspeedandparticlesizeontheprocess ofpowderspreadingwassimulatedrespectively.Thesimulationresultsshowedthatthehorizontalspeedofthespreading rollerhadgreatinfluenceonthedensityandporosityofthepowderlayer.Withtheincreaseofvelocity,thedensityof powderlayerdecreased,theporosityincreased,andtheprintingaccuracywasreduced.Theanalysisofthispaperpro? videsacertaintheoreticalbasisfortheactualprocessproductionandlaysgoodfoundationforthefutureresearchofpow? derspreading. %K 3DP %K 离散元法 %K EDEM %K 铺粉< %K /br> %K there-dimensionalprinting %K thediscreteelementmethod %K EDEM %K powderspreading %U http://zrxuebao.hebut.edu.cn//oa/darticle.aspx?type=view&id=201806006
