%0 Journal Article %T MnO2/Ni(OH)2@Ni复合电极材料的绿色制备技术 %A 郑丽娟 %A 于东冬 %A 周建光 %J 浙江大学学报(工学版) %D 2018 %R 10.3785/j.issn.1008-973X.2018.05.024 %X 针对MnO2/Ni(OH)2@Ni复合电极材料制备工艺复杂的问题,提出快速温和的绿色制备技术.以MnCl2·4H2O、H2O2和泡沫镍为原料,水热体系下研究不同反应温度对MnO2/Ni(OH)2@Ni复合电极材料结构、电化学性能的影响.结果表明,在反应温度90℃、水热3 h,成功在泡沫镍上沉积分布均一的MnO2/Ni(OH)2纳米片.测试结果表明,在该条件下制备的MnO2/Ni(OH)2@Ni电极材料展现出优异的电性能,即高的比容量(电流密度为2.5 mA/cm2,放电比容量为7.4 F/cm2)、好的倍率性能、好的循环稳定性(充放电循环500次,容量保持率为78%).</br>Abstract: A fast and mild green preparation technique was presented, aiming at the complex preparation process of MnO2/Ni(OH)2@Ni composite electrode material. In the hydrothermal system, the structure and electrochemical performances of MnO2/Ni(OH)2@Ni composite electrode material were analyzed at different reaction temperatures, using MnCl2·4H2O, H2O2 and foamed nickel as raw materials. The uniform MnO2/Ni(OH)2 nanosheets were successfully grown on Ni foam at 90℃ for only 3 h. The test result shows that the prepared MnO2/Ni(OH)2@Ni electrode material in this condition has the good electrochemical performance, including high specific capacitance (2.5 mA/cm2, 7.4 F/cm2), the good rate capability and the good cycling stability (the capacitance retention of 78% after 500 cycles). %U http://www.zjujournals.com/eng/CN/10.3785/j.issn.1008-973X.2018.05.024
