%X 摘要 压缩编码和网络传输造成的图像显示质量的损伤是影响业务体验质量（QoE）的重要因素，为此通过对视频流图像显示损伤的量化分析，建立了面向视频流媒体应用的QoE无参考评估方法，通过量化可测的客观质量指标对视频QoE进行评估.在无参考评估方法中，引入了能够反映视频流数据在通过网络传输前图像显示质量的客观参数.通过这种方法，在不需要反馈的前提下为评估过程提供了一个参考指标，实验结果证明该方法提高了评估结果的准确性.</br>In video stream applications, the image damage caused by encoding and transmission affects the quality of experience (QoE). The proposal presented here will provide a no-reference method to assess the video QoE based on the quantitative analysis of the image damage of video stream. The proposed method is a NR method and introduces the objective indicators, which can be used to represent the video stream image quality before network transmission, and to calculate the QoE levels. So it provides a reference for the assessment process without feedback and improves the accuracy of the assessment.
