%0 Journal Article %T CFRP在不同应变率和温度下的力学性能试验研究 %A 黄靓 %A 张怀安 %A 肖岩 %A 朱德举 %J 湖南大学学报(自然科学版) %D 2016 %X 采用真空辅助树脂灌注成型工艺(VARI)制备了CFRP,利用MTS液压伺服高速机对CFRP试件在4种应变率(25,50,100和200 s-1)和6种温度(-25,0,25,50,75和100 ℃)下进行测试.试验结果表明,在相同温度(室温25 ℃)下,除200 s-1应变率下的韧性外,拉伸强度和韧性随着应变率的提高而明显增大.在相同应变率(25 s-1)下,与室温相比,随着温度的升高或降低,CFRP的拉伸强度和韧性都将降低.试件破坏形态在不同应变率下并没有明显区别,但在不同温度下有所改变.最后,通过Weibull分析,研究了拉伸强度在不同条件下的变化规律.</br>In this work, carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP) were fabricated using vacuum assisted resin infusion (VARI). Specimens were tested under four strain rates (25, 50, 100 and 200 s-1) and six temperatures (-25, 0, 25, 50, 75 and 100 ℃) by means of a servo-hydraulic high rate testing system. The results show that tensile strength and toughness increase with the increasing strain rate under the same temperature (room temperature 25 ℃) except the toughness under 200 s-1. At the same strain rate of 25 s-1, on the other hand, the tensile strength and toughness at the room temperature are higher than those under other temperatures. The failure patterns of CFRPs were nearly similar under four investigated strain rates, but different under six temperatures.
