%0 Journal Article %T IF钢冷轧板表面元素富集行为及其耐蚀性 %A 陈红星 %A 李建中 %A 于子涵 %A 刘常升 %J 东北大学学报(自然科学版) %D 2018 %R 10.12068/j.issn.1005-3026.2018.06.009 %X 摘要 IF钢冷轧板已被广泛应用于汽车等行业,但其表面耐蚀性差.以不同工艺下IF钢冷轧板为研究对象,采用GDS、XPS和SEM等分析手段探讨了冷轧板表面元素富集行为及其对耐蚀性的影响规律.研究结果表明,冷轧板表面元素富集对其耐蚀性有着明显的影响.冷轧板表面Mn富集程度越大,冷轧板耐蚀性能越差.提高连续退火过程通板速度和炉内露点温度,可有效降低IF钢冷轧板表面Mn的富集.提高淬水槽入口板温,可改善冷轧板表面的耐蚀性.</br>Abstract:Cold-rolled IF steel plate has been widely used in automobile and other industries, but the corrosion resistance of the surface is very poor. The effects of the surface element enrichment behavior on corrosion resistance of the cold-rolled IF steel plate were investigated by GDS, XPS and SEM in the experiments with different processing conditions. The results showed that the element enrichment on the surface of cold rolled plate has obvious influences on the corrosion resistance. The corrosion resistance decreases with the increase of Mn enriched on the surface of cold rolled plate. The enrichment of Mn on the cold-rolled plate surface can be effectively reduced with the increase of the plate-passing speed and the dew point temperature during the continuous annealing process.
