%T 关节镜治疗半月板损伤的疗效和并发症分析及对血清BGP、IGF-Ⅰ及MMP-1水平的影响

%X 摘要： 摘要：目的??观察关节镜微创手术治疗膝关节半月板损伤的疗效及对骨钙素（BGP）、胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ（IGF-Ⅰ）及基质金属蛋白酶1（MMP-1）水平的影响。方法?选取138例膝关节半月板损伤的患者作为研究对象，排除2例脱落患者后，分为观察组（68例）与对照组（68例）。对照组实施保守治疗方案，观察组实施关节镜微创手术方案。采用Lysholm评分评价膝关节功能，统计分析两组研究对象的治疗效果及并发症情况。采用ELISA法测定BGP、IGF-Ⅰ及MMP-1水平。结果?观察组治疗后膝关节功能评分高于对照组，两组研究对象治疗后膝关节功能评分相比差异有统计学意义（P?<0.05）。观察组治疗效果优于对照组，两组研究对象治疗效果相比差异有统计学意义（P?<0.05）。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，两组研究对象并发症发生率相比差异有统计学意义（P?<0.05）。两组研究对象治疗后BGP、IGF-Ⅰ及MMP-1水平均较治疗前有所降低，且治疗后观察组BGP、IGF-Ⅰ及MMP-1水平均较对照组低，差异有统计学意义（P?<0.05）。结论?关节镜微创手术治疗膝关节半月板损伤临床疗效确切且并发症发生率低，还能有效降低患者血清BGP、IGF-Ⅰ及MMP-1的水平。</br>Abstract: Abstract: Objective?To observe the efficacy of treatment with mini-invasive surgery on meniscal injury and the level of markers in serum.?Method?138 cases diagnosed as meniscal injury in knee joint, 2 patients lost were excluded from the study, which was divided into observation group (68 cases) and a contrast group (68 cases) randomly. The control group were treated by conservative treatment measures, the observation group were treated by mini-invasive surgery.
